HP or IA?

after listen to prof Loh's talk, i think i have made a decision... a decision which is totally different as what i intend to have before the talk...

Before: more prone towards IA
Reasons: 1. earn money 2. good working experience 3. less risky as compared to HP, cos is a pass/fail module

After: HP
Reasons: 1. if think positively, HP can help pull up GPA... thinking that 12 AU - 1 module, i will have full focus on it for one whole semester... with the full focus and hard work, hope can do well
2. taking IA will not have the chance to get 1st class though there are special case( do HP outside campus) In my opinion, doing HP outside campus the cons are not able to clarify problems immediately cos supervisor not always ard... In campus at least can go find him in the office... furthermore, we will have contact with school equipments before HP, so when doing HP, will feel more secure? haha.. 3. wanna enjoy student life, dun wanna step into career early.. haha..

With HP in mind, i also decided to take summer research , a good way for me to practice before HP... furthermore is a pass/fail module, i am able to clear my remaining unrestricted AU without much worry... and with that i am able to S/U another module in this semester if "S/U option is not allow for concentration" is confirmed...

Anyway still have time to consider... i shall do more brainstorming....
