Review: Dragon Zakura ドラゴン桜

Just watched finished this drama. A drama that is worth to watch. Not only because of the casts, the storyline has attracted me before i started to watch. It is a drama revolves around a group of students who are from a high school that is labeled as an "idiot school". These students are been looking down by people (what a harsh reality). The story is all started with a lawyer trying to guide this group of students with an average score of 36 to Japan prestigious university - Tokyo University (Toudai). His initial intention was to earn money and to become a recognized lawyer.

He opens a special class to guide the 6 high school students to enter Toudai. His way of teaching and the teachers he found are very uncommon. This drama is kind of useful in such a way that it does provide some tips to study more efficiency and effectively. Even though, in the end not all manage to enter Toudai, the ending is still fine. One point i like Japanese drama is their storyline is usually quite realistic, not too dramatic. We are able to relate some to our daily life. Just like the ending, it does not end so perfectly with everyone ables to enter Toudai.

Beside storyline, let's talk about the casts. Haha. Was looking forward the chemistry between Yamapi and Masami. Both of them really do look suitable to be together. However, is it kind of disappointment that nothing much was between the 2. It seems to be the same as in Proposal Daisakusen - Like one another and yet didn't express out. I wonder why they all look so mature even though they are so young. Haha.

This is a drama that is worth to watch.
