Review: Rookies

yeap i have found another jap drama to watch. Rookies- this drama is based on manga. It is like gokusen type of drama. A teacher who is willing to do anything he (ya the difference between Rookies and Gokusen is that the teacher is a guy for this drama) can just for the sake of his students. This drama focus on a group of delinquents who is once members of a baseball team. A group of high school students who actually have dreams. However, an incident has resulted their dreams been shattered. Eventually, they become delinquents who just spent their school times in their own baseball club room. A high school teacher (who is known to be a violent teacher who indirectly cause the death of his student - which is not true) appears and wants to help these students to find back their dreams again.

A pretty nice drama. worth to watch. just managed to watch first episode - woah the first episode is long... this drama is still currently airing in Japan.. So is another drama that i have to follow up every week.. haha...

Casts: Sato Ryuta- the teacher (only get to know this actor from this drama),Ichihara Hayato (also know this actor from this drama), Koide Keisuke (Nodame Cantabile- the one with the "boom" hair), Shirota Yu (Hanazakari no Kimitachi e).
