On last friday and today, samples can finally be prepared. However, something demoralising incident happened. We managed to prepare our sample in very clean apparatus, thinking that we are able to analyse our sample, BUT at the very last step, our sample was contaminated by that dirty rotary evaporator.. argh.. oh man and so we have to discard that sample..
today we prepared another 2 sets of samples... since rotary evaporator is yet ready for us to use when it was about "knock off" time, the evaporation of THF will carry out tmr... was another day (hmm ok half day) of cleaning apparatus. haha..
